Three law graduates from the maiden set of a Nigerian university’s Faculty of Law have achieved First Class honours in the recently released results of the Nigerian Law School examinations.

The exceptional feat was made known through a post by the Vice Chancellor of the University of Port Harcourt, Professor Owunari Georgewill, on his official social media handle.

The graduates, who are the first set to complete legal studies at the university, have drawn commendation for their outstanding performance.

This performance has made the university proud,” the Vice Chancellor stated, adding that it was a remarkable way to announce their arrival on the national legal education scene.

He also praised the leadership of the Faculty of Law, commending the Dean and his team for what he described as a commendable academic achievement.

Starreporters gathered that the success has stirred positive reactions within academic and legal communities, as observers note that earning a First Class at the Nigerian Law School is no small feat, especially for pioneer students from a relatively new law faculty.
