Soludo clarifies ‘Stomach Infrastructure’ as essential services

Gov. Chukwuma Soludo of Anambra has said that the concept of “Stomach Infrastructure” is about providing essential services that improve citizens’ livelihoods, not the distribution of cash or political patronage.
