Nigeria refineries failing due to political interference

The Petroleum and Natural Gas Senior Staff Association of Nigeria (PENGASSAN) says Nigeria’s state-owned refineries are failing due to political interference, corruption, and mismanagement rather than lack of skilled manpower.
