Alleged Certificate Forgery: Arraignment of AMAC Chairman Stalled

The scheduled arraignment of Mr. Christopher Maikalangu, Chairman of the Abuja Municipal Area Council (AMAC), over alleged certificate forgery, was on Wednesday stalled at the Dutse Magistrates’ Court in Abuja.
