The University of Port Harcourt has recorded notable progress in the construction of the Energy Technology Institute, a project generously donated by Hyphercrest Limited as part of its collaboration with the University.During an unscheduled visit to the construction site, the Vice Chancellor, Prof. Owunari Georgewill, expressed satisfaction with the level of work completed so far.
