The Full Gospel Business Men’s Fellowship International (FGBMFI) celebrated a significant milestone with the official establishment of the Sparkling Eminent Chapter at Sparklyn Hotel, Emeyal Street, GRA Phase 1, Port Harcourt. The event was graced by the Fellowship’s National Director (ND), Engineer Chris Onyimaizu and presided over by District Coordinator Dr. ARC Chuma Okereke.
Starreporters’ correspondence gathered that the launch marked a major stride in the growth trajectory of the Garden City Eminent Chapter, officially sealing the take-off of its offspring, the Sparkling Eminent Chapter.
Dr. Okereke, who oversees the eminent chapters within the Port Harcourt District under the South-South Region, led the proceedings, emphasising the importance of expanding the Fellowship’s outreach.
The Regional Vice President South-South (RVPSS), Barr. Victory Favour, who served as the main testifier at the event, charged the new inductees and members present to hold firmly to the Hushai concept that underpins the Eminent Chapter’s mission and outreach.
On his part, an elated Engr. Onyimaizu praised God for His grace in making the establishment of the new chapter a reality. He also commended the leadership and executive committee of the Sparkling Eminent Chapter, led by Arc. Innocent Nwogwugwu, ND, for their sacrifice and commitment.
In his remarks, Engr. Chris Onyimaizu expressed deep gratitude to the leadership of the parent body, the Garden City Eminent Chapter, led by the hardworking Chapter President, Dr. Anthony Chovwen. He highlighted and applauded the collective effort that ensured the successful birth of the new chapter.
“We trust God for exploits in this new frontier and blessings of God to all these men and their wives in Jesus’ mighty name. Amen,” he declared.
The event, which witnessed an atmosphere of joy and thanksgiving, confirmed the Fellowship’s dedication to spreading the Gospel among business and professional men across Port Harcourt city and beyond.
