The Chairman of Emohua Local Government, David Omereji, has expressed pride in Rivers State being recognized as the top performer in Nigeria’s 2024 Fiscal Performance rankings, as reported by the fiscal responsibility group Budgit. Omereji attributes this achievement to the transparent financial practices and prudent resource management implemented by Governor Siminialayi Fubara.
In an interview, Omereji noted that over the past year, Governor Fubara has utilized state funds effectively to enhance the quality of life for Emohua residents through the execution of impactful projects. “This remarkable feat is a testament to the governor’s meticulous approach to financial stewardship,” he stated. “The initiatives undertaken have not only improved infrastructure but also added significant value to the lives of our people.”
