Rivers State Governor Siminalayi Fubara has reiterated his dedication to prioritizing the needs of the people in all his programs. He made this commitment during the launch of the 2025 Emblem Appeal Fund at the Government House in Port Harcourt.

Governor Fubara emphasized that the sacrifices made by the fallen heroes from Rivers State will not be forgotten. “We owe it to our heroes to ensure their contributions are honored and their legacies upheld,” he stated.

During the event, Tammy Danagogo, the Secretary to the Rivers State Government, highlighted the purpose of the launch, which aims to raise awareness about the challenges faced by veterans.

Additionally, Kuu Promise, the Acting State Chairman of the Nigerian Legion in Rivers State, urged the community to provide more support for the wives and children of those who have made the ultimate sacrifice.
